Technical Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Manager to lead our Technical Department. This role is crucial for driving the technical excellence and operational efficiency of our solar PV & BESS projects. As a key leader, you will be responsible for managing the technical team, overseeing project execution, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and spearheading innovation in our technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the technical team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
• Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of solar PV systems for residential and industrial projects.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards (e.g., SEDA, Suruhanjaya Tenaga).
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
• Drive continuous improvement in technical processes and solutions.
• Support business development activities by providing technical expertise and solutions.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role within the electrical or renewable energy sector, specifically solar PV systems.
• Proven track record of managing technical teams and successfully delivering complex projects.
• In-depth knowledge of solar PV system design, installation, and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of local regulatory requirements and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in project management and familiar with relevant software tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
